  Paketet tog 4 dagar från det anlände till Sverige innan det levererades till mig. Alla sa att det var på väg, upplysning som var onödig, såg det i Postnords app. Kommer inte att köpa någon mer gång, dåligt. Batterierna var OK.

  Jag fick en trasig apparat. När jag skruvade på antennen snurrade kontakten som sitter i enheten också medsols vilket gjorde att antennsladden på insidan gick av. Apparaten går inte att använda pga felaktig montering av antennkontakten som inte var fäst på korrekt sätt. Jag reklamerade men har inte fått svar på 11 dagar. Skrev igen på engelska utan svar. Ser inte hur jag skulle kunna rekommendera någon att göra beställningar av denna typ produkter. Bättre att handla från väletablerade företag/märken och betala mer. Det blir billigare i längden. I got a broken device. When I screwed on the antenna, the plug that is in the unit also spun clockwise, which caused the antenna cable on the inside to come off. The device cannot be used due to incorrect installation of the antenna connector which was not attached correctly. I complained but have not received a response in 11 days. I can't see how I can recommend someone to place orders for this type of products. Better to shop from well-established companies / brands and pay more. It will be cheaper in the long run.

  Audilo skickade batterierna den 7/6. Batterierna ankom på eftermiddagen kl 15.24 den 9 juni till Sverige. Leverans till brevlådan den 15/6 kl 13.37. Något har gått fel i Postnords hantering av försändelsen här i Sverige. Audilo har hanterat det hela bra, snabbt och skickat express. Guldsstjärna till Audilo, överstruken stjärna till Postnord.

  Uruselt. Beställde fast telefon som skulle passa synsvaga. Det kom en telefon med bruksanvisning på tyska engelska och franska dessutom mycket små bokstäver! När jag försökte returnera den var det omöjligt eftersom man behövde en kod som jag inte fick trots idoga försök. Telefonen skulle returnera till pAris och jag skulle betala frakten! Skulle kunna berätta mycket mer om usel service och näbbig tjej i telefonen.
