  I annonsen stod att den var bra för seniorer men inte många vanliga människor i 75-80 årsålder kan Engelska . Det finns ingen svensk beskrivning och språkvalet i telefonen går ej att få på svenska. Så den är definitivt inte bra för seniorer.

  Leveransen och avin kom från ett utländskt distributionsbolag varför jag inte löste ut paketet, inte ett ord om att Audilo var inblandat. Först när jag ringt och påpekat detta fick jag veta att paketet innehöll mina beställda batterier. Dessutom ingen trevlig person på Audilo. Ingen rekommendation att handla från Audilo från mig.

  Det var svårt att få klarhet i vilka batterier som var lämpliga för mina hörapparater och välja rätt typ. Transporten kunde ha gått snabbare, och det paket jag mottog kunde ha skickats direkt till min brevlåda. Onödigt många aviseringar innan paketet var på väg!

  Det stod på webbsidan att leveransen skulle ta max 72 timmar. Det tog mycket längre tid än väntat och öronpropparna kom inte fram till den konsert jag skulle använda öronskydden på. När väl paketet kom fram märkte jag efter öppnandet att en propp saknade filter. Dåligt tycker jag!

  Krångligt att betala. Jag blev väldigt tveksam vid betalningen till ett konto i Frankrike, fick ringa kundtjänst för att fråga. Vågade inte betala med kort, valde banklöerförong. Eftersom det var till utlandet fick jag ringa min bank som gjorde överföringen efter typ 40 frågor. Pga detta beställer jag nog inte något mer…

  God telefonkontakt med er kundtjänst, men Doro Comfort 1010 fungerar inte, fel anslutning till svenskt telejack, omöjligt att installera telefonen, manualen stämmer inte, även om man kan många språk. Jag har konsulterat kompetent IT-användare. Detta borde framgå av er webbsida. Att sända tillbaka till Frankrike kostar 294 kr för 1 kg eller 330kr om det blir tyngre.   Lätt att hitta produkten men saknar alternativ för mer än duo (exempelvis trio) samt för extensions d.v.s. om jag vill lägga till en tredje telefon i framtiden och para den ned de två jag nu fått levererade. Det vore även bra med mer info om hur paketet levereras d.v.s. som brev eller paketförsändelse. Detta kanske faller mer på paketleverantören dock.

  Frakt tiden kan ju inte företaget belastas för, om det tar några dagar extra, eftersom paketet skickades från Frankrike! Däremot så hade det varit bra om man hade kunnat följa sitt paket hela vägen, utan att behöva ringa! Men där var det enbart ett trevligt bemötande! Kan ändå rekommendera ett köp!
