  Jag kan inte prata bildelar med kundtjänstmedarbetare som bara pratar engelska. Jag beställde en bakre ljuddämpare till min sons Saab 9-3 diesel och sökte på regnumret. då kom det upp en enda dämpare och den beställde jag, men när jag mätte röret på dämparen och avgasröret på bilen så var de av samma dimenssion, då kontaktade jag kundtjänst för att få veta hur de tänkt att detta skulle gå att montera. Det enda svar jag fick av en svensktalande kvinna var att ljuddämparen var kompatibel till den bilen, men det blev jag ju inte mycket klokare av. Jag fick åka till Biltema och köpa en adapter som gick att sätta utanpå avgasröret och inuti dämparens rör plus ett par avgasklammor och monteringspasta Totalt gick detta på 151,70 lius resa 5,5 mil eller 55 kílometer tur och retur

  Det är väldigt osäkert att få saker i tid om den sista delen av fraltkedjan är Postnord. Just denna gång gick det bra men ni kan förflytta saker till Sverige på 1.5 dag. Sen har det hänt att Postnord tar 4-5 dagar på sig bara i Sverige. Det händer ALDRIG med Schenker eller DHL etc.

  Lång leveranstid, när man väljer standard. Min beställning, Y4144251 lades 4-feb och jag fick den den 19-feb. Men mest irriterande är det när man en halvtimme efter man lagt en beställning får ett erbjudande om 20% rabatt, som man då inte kan utnyttja.
